Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a scheduled time that works for you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
